Sail Boats in Seattle

Enjoying the cold weather here in the city with as much flare as possible
It's almost easier to dress it up in layers.

Monterey

Monterey :) Truly the Day Trippers paradise
Where things from the bellows come up for a luminous visit
Just pushing, and pulling, pushing, and pulling.
These little floating panties are truly magical.

DRUSY

Daily San Franciscan has this new idea....

it's to create hand cut stones so they are available on a local level.
 Quartz has many healing qualities.
This "ice" quartz aids in clarity of the mind, and cleaning of the chakras.
These are all part of the new Cut Stone Collection
Inspired by the natural forces in nature that, in their course, create wonderful crystal
Gemstones are a creation of trials through thick and thin,
big earthquakes, crazy floods, turbulent natural forces.
All to come to a head with a most beautiful stone.
I love them, you should too.

Cool of your Week

Who's the boss?
Serena Mitnik-Miller & Mason St. Peter

The General Store is the eclectic outsider's getaway.
Resting nicely on 46th Avenue, the General Store has the collection of the house hold things
you've always lusted over.
Garden>Garments>Greatness
You know, when you go into someone else's home and
feel that sweet envy of new and unique.
Unlike the norm and yet exquisitely comprehensible.
Why didn't I think of that?
Like... isn't this the coolest store ever?
I know, glad I stopped in.
 So here's the scoop:
The owners, Serena and Mason, are locals.
They are both artists, they are both actives, and they are both ... well... real people who opened a store in the outter sunset.
The love of travel, and the love of home,
 provides for a naturally
beautiful store with all things near and far.
Unique Carrying Cases showcasing the jewelry designs...

With and outdoor patio that will let you blow your mind, and your inner cactus.

Get it,
Got it
Great. Enjoy!
Check them out, you'll be happy you did.

The Myth, the Muse and the legend

Yes, she was here.... I cannot tell you when or where, but she was here.
That's for sure
We let our silly dreams come in between any schedule that
there might have been and enjoyed the city
It's funny when there's not enough time to do very much....
whatever you do, it seems enough
And the time will go slow if you just slow it down
xx

From the boats of San Francisco
to the bus stops in the Keys...
We got to see a whole bunch of interesting things...
and check out a whole new ecosystem ...
The everglades.... the keys... and the Atlantic waters of the south
Travel... through out the United States of America
Graffiti in Detroit

Dirt landing in the middle somewhere
Rainbows before weddings
A special design for the lady divine
Sequences to tell a story that will be told forever

A little remembrance ....

A little bit from our trip to Indonesia
Off the coast of Lombok on Gilli Trawangnan
 Lombok Sunrise
 Saluting the sun
Reminding ourselves that sometimes there only needs to be a few things....
The most stylish horse in the world
 Manjula perusing the sands
The colors here are just ... well.... unlike any other. I suppose there is a loss for words here. Being so far from 'home' and absorbing such magnificent 'new' beauty through color enlightenment it's hard to present my emotions through words.
It's like when you try and convert words into another, older, language and find that there is no word for something... it's just understood as a feeling.
 The Good Stuff

COOL of the week!

LOCATION: RELIQUARY
PHYSICAL: 537 Octavia St.
                      San Francisco, Ca
OWNER: Leah Bershad

With a very unique sense of style, design, and items, Reliquary possesses a sort of mystic about it.
Not that many stores don't mystify here in this city, but Reliquary holds a sort of sexy magic.
Hence it's name; Reliquary: A receptacle for relics, especially relics of saints.
The Owner Leah has a great sense of style. She has traveled through out the
United States living from the nitty and gritty Big City to desserts of the south, truly shaping her  current position to the T. Her husband owns a barber shop out in Oakland and so they stay connected to both communities.
They bounce off of each others natural charm working and
living things that they love. I think they both love this city and have
mastered a way to have a foot print in both
San Francisco and the East Bay.
Remember when hand designed things were all that there was?
Most likely not, but you'll be pleasantly surprised and the
inventory here as you walk by beautiful beaded pouches, and neatly woven throws.

Influenced by travel and experience, Leah holds no boundaries on the items in her store. The items she choses mean something to her, and you'll find that same interest as you cruise through the store.

 Apparel Apparel
 Animal Spirit

Interesting sense of design through out the entire store.
As much as we see "designer" stores being made up to please,
Reliquary stands out from the rest,
you'll just have to come in and see.

When we asked Leah "where she would go if she was giving a plane ticket and a spot of time"
she replied: Mexico
If I could only pick one place I think I'd go to Tulum and lay around like a beached whale and eat tacos all day... then I would go to Oaxaca, and Morocco, and Scandinavia shopping, then on a trek in Tibet."

Thank You Leah for all your interview. Love the Store.
