Miss Lemke is a talented young artist who is right now
halfway through her Graphic Design Program here in SF......
On top of that she's a bee keeper, a sculpture artist, a jewelry designer, a book binder....
and a wonderful chef!
She invited me into her neatly kept home and offered up some of her freshly baked
Lavender Scones and orange whipping cream... yum!
I was curious as to how she balances all of these artistic outlets.......

Approx Time to make: 20 hrs
She is also a bee keeper down in the Santa Cruz Mountains at her families home.
This is the very last of this years honey right here seen above.
As a person, she is just lovely.
Her space is kept neat and beautiful
and her talent in the kitchen shows her attention
to tasteful hosting
