Change to Good

That's right everybody, with all the hype on the, dare I even say these words, "end of the world" I'd like to take a step back and reflect on all the good that you and me can share with the world. 

I'd like us all to take a moment and think about all those times you looked back on worry or on a dilemma and just laughed. Because you knew, at that moment, that all your fretting didn't do a darn thing to help anything. Don't be distracted, focus on all that is GOOD and practice your technique.
